Cancellation Policy

Your time matters, and so does ours. To ensure smooth scheduling and the highest quality care, a valid credit or debit card is required for all appointments at Fluid Lymphatics & Therapy Services, along with a $50 deposit at the time of booking.* If something comes up, you can cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before your appointment with only a $50 cancellation fee. If you miss your appointment without notice, a 50% no-show fee will apply. Site Members have the flexibility to manage appointments online up to the cutoff window. If you need help adjusting your time afterward — or if you’re a non-member — just give us a call. We’ll do what we can within our policy guidelines. *Payment methods like Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Klarna do not support stored card info. Appointments booked with these methods will be charged in full at the time of scheduling, with refunds issued minus applicable cancellation or no-show fees based on the policy above.
